R-Dent had the pleasure of participating in this year’s GPS CE Dental Summit, hosted by Guided Practice Solutions (GPS) Dental, at the renowned Adolphus Hotel in Dallas. As a leading Dental Service Organization (DSO), GPS Dental continues to excel at simplifying dental practice transitions, while empowering dental professionals and enhancing patient care. Their steadfast dedication to clinical autonomy, community involvement, and ongoing growth was clear throughout the vibrant and impactful event.
Night 1: Topgolf Networking
The summit began with a fun evening at Topgolf, where nearly 200 dental professionals gathered for some friendly competition and networking. It was the perfect way to break the ice and connect with fellow attendees!
Day 2: CE Sessions, Inspiring Speakers & Steakhouse Fun
Day two was packed with exciting CE sessions and motivational talks from industry leaders. After a day of learning and connecting, we enjoyed a fabulous dinner at Yo Ranch Steakhouse, which provided the ideal setting for more conversation and networking.
Day 3: Hands-On Workshops & Rooftop Party

R-Dent recently hosted an exciting and highly informative event, Digital Workflow for AOX Case Success, at TopGolf Memphis. The event, which brought together nearly 30 specialists from the dental community, was a tremendous success, providing attendees with valuable insights into cutting-edge technology that is set to revolutionize the field.
In collaboration with industry leaders Straumann and Digital Arches, the event focused on demonstrating how this new digital workflow technology can significantly reduce traditional chairside conversion time by half. This innovation not only streamlines the process but also presents several key advantages over Photogrammetry, making it a game-changer for dental professionals working on All-On-X (AOX) cases.
The specialists who attended learned how these advancements can enhance efficiency and improve patient outcomes. The engaging atmosphere of TopGolf, combined with the expert presentations, created a unique experience that balanced both education and enjoyment.

We had an incredible time at the Mississippi Dental Association (MDA) Annual Meeting this month at the Hilton Sandestin Beach Golf Resort & Spa! Representing over 60% of Mississippi’s dentists, the MDA is dedicated to revolutionizing oral health, empowering dental professionals, and advancing dental science. We’re honored to be part of this vibrant community.
The MDA, as a three-part member organization aligned with the American Dental Association and local community dental districts, is committed to excellence in dental care and education. They promote improved oral health, enhance member capabilities through education and training, and foster collaboration and innovation among dental professionals statewide.
Participating in this year’s meeting was a privilege. Our recent Digital Denture CE Event in Jonesboro, Arkansas, was a resounding success! What happens when you combine mouthwatering crawfish, enthusiastic managers, and a fantastic staff? You get R-Dent’s Annual Crawfish Boil, an event that’s become a highlight on our company calendar!
This year, our managers rolled up their sleeves, fired up the pots, and cooked up a storm to treat our wonderful staff to a delectable lunch. And let me tell you, it was our best Crawfish Boil yet!
From the moment the savory aroma of Cajun spices filled the air, excitement rippled through the office. There’s something special about the camaraderie that comes with gathering around tables piled high with steaming crawfish, corn on the cob, and potatoes, ready to dive into a feast together.
Our managers went above and beyond for their dedicated employees, ensuring that every detail was perfect. They spent hours prepping and cooking, infusing each batch of crawfish with just the right blend of spices to tantalize our taste buds. And their hard work paid off in every flavorful bite.
But the Crawfish Boil wasn’t just about the food—it was about coming together as a team, relaxing, and enjoying each other’s company. Laughter echoed as shells cracked and stories were shared. It was a chance for everyone to unwind, connect, and celebrate all the hard work that goes into making R-Dent the incredible company it is.

In March, R-Dent had the pleasure of hosting the webinar, “Next Level Dentures In 3 Appointments,” featuring the esteemed Jimmy Stegall. This event offered attendees a deep dive into the realm of modern denture fabrication, highlighting the latest advancements in 3D printing technology and materials.
Throughout the webinar, participants were treated to a comprehensive overview of cutting-edge techniques aimed at enhancing the strength, precision, and aesthetics of dentures. Jimmy Stegall, a seasoned expert with over four decades of experience in dental operational, management, and technical fields, led the discussion with his wealth of knowledge and expertise.
One of the key highlights of the webinar was the emphasis on clinical guidelines to streamline chairside procedures. Attendees gained invaluable insights into the essential clinical records required for success and effective acquisition, as well as the evolution of denture impressions and current standards and practices.
Moreover, Stegall introduced a simplified three-appointment approach to digital denture creation, revolutionizing the traditional fabrication process. At the recent Memphis Dental Society’s (MDS) Fall New Dentist Event, R-Dent helped sponsor an evening of fun, networking, and soccer at the Autozone Park/Redbirds Stadium. This event, designed to connect new dentists and dental colleagues, along with their families, was a memorable experience. Attendees enjoyed a Memphis 901FC soccer game against Hartford Athletic while indulging in complimentary food and beverages. The William F. Slagle Dental Meeting was held in Memphis Tennessee, where R-Dent Dental Laboratory had the privilege of being a vendor sponsor. The theme for 2023 was “Remembering the Past, Embracing the Present and Shaping the Future of Dentistry.” And over the weekend conference, entire dental teams (dentists, hygienists, and assistants) had the opportunity to participate in courses designed specifically for them to enhance and sharpen their skills within the dental field, and re-certify in all the required annual and bi-annual courses needed for licensure.

Life Dental also used the Team Summit to officially launch Local Life, the company’s effort to support local commuinities through ongoing charitable donations, as well as sponsorship of youth sports teams and other activities.

R-Dent Dental Laboratory warrants that all dental devices are made according to the doctor’s specifications and approval in the belief that the device will be useful and makes no other warranties including, but not limited to, any implied warrant of merchantability or fitness of a particular purpose. This Limited Warranty and Limitation of Liability will be extended with the presentation of a verified proof-of-purchase, which includes an original invoice number/date, patient’s name, and the original model. This limited warranty extends only to the original purchaser of a device and does not extend to patients or other individuals and/or entities to whom the device(s) is/are sold, implanted, inserted, or delivered. Subject to the return of a device that is placed and then fails, the lab will repair or remake the device without charge for the cost of materials and workmanship or credit the original price paid, at the lab’s option. Specific product warranties are sent with each individual case and is warranted against defects in workmanship and materials for the period specified from the delivery date.
What Is Covered:
◊ Repair or replacement of the product.
What Is Not Covered:
◊ Cash refund of prosthesis.
◊ Cost incurred for removal or reinsertion.
◊ Repairs resulting from accident, neglect, abuse, failure of supportive tooth or tissue structures, improper adjustments or improper dental hygiene.
◊ Incidental or consequential damages including inconvenience, lost wages, and pain and suffering.
◊ Implant cosmetic or precision attachment cases.
◊ Shipping costs for repairs.
Conditions Which Must Be Met For Warranty To Apply:
◊ Prosthesis must be inserted by a licensed practicing dentist.
◊ Patient must adhere to a semi-annual dental maintenance program (cleaning and exam) in the office of a licensed practicing dentist.
◊ Within the limitations of the warranty, the prosthesis, written work authorization and the Original Invoice must be sent to R-Dent Dental Laboratory.
