IPS e.max® is a lithium disilicate glass-ceramic and is one of the most esthetic in metal-free, all-ceramic options. It is ideal to use in combination with veneers and crowns for your most demanding smile-makeover cases.

IPS e.max is the premium lithium disilicate, glass-ceramic restoration. Combining lifelike materials and fracture resistant properties, IPS e.max is as durable as it is lifelike. The flexibility of IPS e.max makes it an excellent restorative method for anterior esthetics or posterior function.

Bridges which include molars, Maryland style bridges, and bridges which have a short vertical height that does not allow for adequate connector height.

Anterior full-coverage crowns require a chamfer or shoulder margin. A circular shoulder is prepared with rounded inner edges or a chamfer at an angle Of 10-30': the width Of the shoulder/chamfer is approx. 1 mm. Facial reduction is 1.5 — 2 mm; 1 — 1.5 mm lingual contact clearance. Incisal reduction is 1.5 - 2 mm with rounded internal line angles, and an incisal edge at least Imm wide to permit optimum milling Of the incisal edge during CAD/CAM processing. Posterior full-coverage crown requires a chamfer or shoulder margin. A circular shoulder is prepared with rounded inner edges or a chamfer at an angle of 10-30': the width of the shoulder/chamfer is approx. 1 mm. Occlusal reduction is 1.5 — 2 mm: axial reduction (buccal. lingual. and interproximal) is 1.5 mm with rounded internal line angles.

IPS e.max layered can be cemented using a resin reinforced glass ionimer such as RelyX Luting cement. Or bonded using a resin cement when extra strength is needed due to lack Of retention on the prep, use a resin cement such as RelyX Unicem or RelyX Ultimate.

R-Dent Dental Laboratory warrants that all dental devices are made according to the doctor’s specifications and approval in the belief that the device will be useful and makes no other warranties including, but not limited to, any implied warrant of merchantability or fitness of a particular purpose. This Limited Warranty and Limitation of Liability will be extended with the presentation of a verified proof-of-purchase, which includes an original invoice number/date, patient’s name, and the original model. This limited warranty extends only to the original purchaser of a device and does not extend to patients or other individuals and/or entities to whom the device(s) is/are sold, implanted, inserted, or delivered. Subject to the return of a device that is placed and then fails, the lab will repair or remake the device without charge for the cost of materials and workmanship or credit the original price paid, at the lab’s option. Specific product warranties are sent with each individual case and is warranted against defects in workmanship and materials for the period specified from the delivery date.

What Is Covered:
◊  Repair or replacement of the product.

What Is Not Covered:
◊  Cash refund of prosthesis.
◊  Cost incurred for removal or reinsertion.
◊  Repairs resulting from accident, neglect, abuse, failure of supportive tooth or tissue structures, improper adjustments or improper dental hygiene.
◊  Incidental or consequential damages including inconvenience, lost wages, and pain and suffering.
◊  Implant cosmetic or precision attachment cases.
◊  Shipping costs for repairs.

Conditions Which Must Be Met For Warranty To Apply:
◊  Prosthesis must be inserted by a licensed practicing dentist.
◊  Patient must adhere to a semi-annual dental maintenance program (cleaning and exam) in the office of a licensed practicing dentist.
◊  Within the limitations of the warranty, the prosthesis, written work authorization and the Original Invoice must be sent to R-Dent Dental Laboratory.
