DENTURES & PARTIALS

PARTIALS

Flexible Partials

Duraflex – DuraFlex is a breakthrough thermoplastic that resolves the limitations found in older flexible materials like nylon, while still offering all the advantages of a flexible partial. DuraFlex is melted and injected under pressure. The result is a flexible partial that is easier to adjust, easier to polish, and will not “gum up” rotary instruments like other flexible materials.

Valplast – Valplast® is a flexible denture base resin ideal for partial dentures and unilateral restorations. The resin is a biocompatible nylon thermoplastic with unique physical and aesthetic properties for unlimited design versatility. Valplast may be used whenever you are considering a removable partial denture for your patient. Valplast’s many advantages include retention, comfort, esthetics, and strength.

Acry-tone – Acry-Tone Flexible Partials provide improved flexibility, adjustability, and comfort. Versatile enough for full-arch or partial indications, Acry-Tone is a cold-cured acrylic resin with five times fewer residual monomers than similar MMA acrylics. Very low water absorption makes it highly biocompatible and resistant to odors and discoloration. Withstands heat and UV exposure for a long lifespan.
